How to Add a Legacy Programme within a Project

Steps:

Navigate to the Projects section and select the project you’d like to add a programme to.
Within that project, go to the Growth Hub tab.
Lower on the page further to the left, click on sub tab Programmes.
In the top-right corner, click “Add Programme.”
You’ll be given two options:
- QCTO
- Legacy
  1. Select from your own templates (ideal for reusing commonly run legacy programmes).
  2. Or create a brand-new programme from scratch.

If creating a new programme:

Choose Legacy
Select create a new programme
Fill in all required details using the standard SAQA structure (name, NQF level, SAQA ID, credits, etc.).
Click Save once all details are complete.

Your programme is now ready for module setup, learner assignment, and attendance tracking
